Dear Ms***, We are extremely sorry for the delay in getting your apartment put back together ? You are correct that there have been several previous work orders regarding your toilet overflowing.? The maintenance technician has reported finding non-flushable items being used and/or flushed down the toilet area causing the problem of overflowing.? In the future, please refrain from flushing toilet wipes or Q-Tips down the toilet.? ? ? The evening of May 22, we received an afterhours emergency call that your toilet was leaking into the apartment below.? Maintenance responded and cleared your toilet then contacted the carpet cleaning company to come out and extract the water.? Again, I apologize that I was out of the office when you came in.? We did attempt to contact you throughout the remainder of the week regarding your concernsOn Monday the 29th, we received this Revdex.com complaint and I immediately contacted you in order to clarify what work was still pending and schedule a walkthrough of your apartment home.? At that time, the outstanding issue was the carpet not being re-laid so you could put your bed back into place.? I immediately scheduled the carpet re-laid for the following day.? The following day I walked the apartment with you to confirm the work was completed.? As promised, you were offered an additional carpet cleaning that you can schedule anytime along with a discount in the rent for the days your carpet was not re-installed.?
