Technician knowledgeable and talked me through everythingAlthough he was unable to resolve it was only due to the fact that we were leaving before party would arriveHowever he diagnosed and left me with great notes on receipt to help expedite process when I get home and get another service to repairAnd this was after they had re arranged schedule for him to come out asap, first thing following morning after I called at closing time the day before!
