I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  They cancelled my order because I reported them for not fulfilling their...

commitment. They're taking punitive action in cancelling my order just because I complained. Below is my conversation with the co-owner:[redacted]:I got an email that my order has been cancelled and refunded. I thought you were going to get it shipped!?Katie:We were until we saw that you reported us to the Revdex.com. We don't want to give you our products after you do that
I don't think it's right that they can cancel an order just because someone has complained to the Revdex.com when they're not fulfilling their promises.
