Review: In April 2013, Southern States Mechanical LLC replaced the water heater in my home in Metairie, LA.They had a permit issued, and completed the work in an acceptable manner.I just found out from the new owners of the house that the permit was never closed, and that it is holding up some of their renovations. I have left messages for the company about this matter, but they have not responded. I need for Southern States Mechanical to resolve this issue, as required by regulations of the Louisiana Plumbing Board.Desired Settlement: Get the inspection done, and the permit closed at the Jefferson Parish Permit Dept.
