Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY]I have only started taking care of the propane bill my husband always paid this bill When I paid for the propane in dec then again jan I did not complain because at that timeI was trying to run a business my husband left when he passed and work full time also run a farm all by myself So I had alot over my head and wasnt thinking or questioning I was just trying to get by.So thats why when they filled my tank in august then again in dec I had them come check for a leak they even lit my gas fireplace which I used the previous winter but had to turn it off several days after because the blowers on it were to noisyI may have not questioned Jan tank of gas but they failed to leave me a receipt that day that they said they filled it like they normally do and just sent me a bill in the mailHow can a 1300square foot house with only a gas stove use that much gas in a week time period even after they checked for a leak.My electric bill with my air set at degrees and run ceiling fans 24/plus when Im home a tv only be one hundred dollars a month.I really believe I did not receive this tank of gas Regards, [redacted]
We have received your letter concerning the complaint filed by Mrs [redacted] The and fuel purchase history has been reviewed and we found that within those two years there was only a difference of gallons used by Mrs [redacted] We also had documented the leak check that was performed December 17, noting that there was not a leak at the tankBased on our records and the purchase history, we feel that Mrs [redacted] did in fact receive the fuel Enclosed you will find the two year purchase history, leak check documentation, and fuel delivery tickets for the last two seasons with the date, time, driver, and gallons highlightedIn addition we will be sending Mrs [redacted] the paperwork as well Thank you, [redacted] Manager

performed December 17, 2014 noting that there was not a leak at the tank. Based on our records and the purchase history, we feel that Mrs. [redacted] did in fact receive the fuel.
