Would not reply to my messages
On May 13th I ordered 2 products from Southern Sparkle Designs. In her messages to me on *** she state that my order would be completed in "2-3 weeks (but usually sooner)" I went through with the order because they were a gift and I needed them in less than 4 weeks. Hope was to recreate a photo I sent to her online and put that design on a Brumate koozie and a tumbler. I then reached out 3 times before my order shipped asking if I could review the design before she made them so I could be sure I liked the way that she did it, since it was a custom design I figured I should be able to review the file first. I reached out by *** message (our original form of contact), email, and through her website 10 days before the items shipped and she did not reply to any messages. I received my order on 6/12/2020 (4.5 weeks after ordering) and I did not receive the Brumate I paid extra for. Instead I received 2 tumblers and I am very unhappy with the design. I reached out once again telling her that I received the wrong products and I am unhappy with the design. She offered to remake the Brumate at this time with an updated version of the design. These were intended to be a birthday gift for a friend coming in from out of town. When I did not receive my items on time and with my messages going unanswered I had to purchase something else and my friend had since left. I told Hope I was not interested in having the Brumate remade for 2 reasons. One being that my friend had already left and wouldn't be receiving it even if she made it again and 2 because they would no longer match, one being the correct version of the design and one not. I did not hear from Hope for 3 days after that and she would not reply to my messages. I then noticed she was removing my public comments from her social media page where I was asking her to contact me. I then told her I would be contacting *** for a refund and asked for her business license info. She refused multiple times.

RefundRefund for $101.19 and I will return the items as I have already offered to do so. Hope has made it clear that even with my Palpal claim she will not refund my money. I asked for her business license info 3 times and she refused to provide it to me. I informed her I would be filing a claim unless my money was refunded. She again refused to provide me with a refund or her business information. i have already offered to send these products back to her and she still would not refund me.

I'm replying in this to these comments made about my business. Stated on my website...*** you can see my turn around time being 3-4 weeks ( business days ) Monday - Friday.
I have tried working with this customer, all day yesterday through messages ( emails )
I have told her that I would send TWO new tumblers as the first one was incorrect sizing & brand of the tumbler. She stated that she would like the tumblers matching. In which, I did with two 20 oz skinny's. With the customized design she had choose. Her stating It did not have to be just like the photo. As it was a photo was of a tattoo, being on a body I could not copy it exactly. I do not give refunds on customized products. This is stated on my website.

Policy & Refunds :

Policy : If you have purchased a tumbler & it is has been damaged in transit. I would be happy to fix this for you or contact USPS for help with filing a claim. If the tumbler has problems from the maker please message me with photos & explains what is wrong . We are only human & a couple pieces of glitter or very slight imperfections may get tangled up in the tumbler !
I HIGHLY suggest treating tumblers with care, meaning no dishwashing, no soaking, HAND WASH ONLY , pouring other beverages out that do stain may stain the tumbler, extreme heat, dropping a tumbler may cause chips, scratching or other all damage to the tumbler. This may be repaired ( for a small fee )

Refunds : I will accept refunds within 3 DAYS of the item being delivered! After these 3 days NO REFUND will be given. No Refunds will be given on CUSTOMIZED ORDERS !
If you need a refund after the item has been made & the shipping label has been purchased you WILL NOT RECEIVE A SHIPPING REFUND . Please do understand this with purchasing ! Our turn around time is normally 4-6 weeks giving a good amount of time for you to know if this item either will not make it in time, or if you no long need the item . I do try & work with my customers the best I can !

Like said before I have tried working with this customer. But I did not send refunds on customized orders. I feel as though I'm being harnessed by her on all social media outlines.
I went on to tell her she could handle this through*** &*** only because of feeling harnessed by her. I do understand a lot of customers may skip over refunds & policy's when purchasing. But I have tried working with her to the best of my knowledge of doing so.

A refund has since been issued for the $101.19 and the issues is resolved.
