Southern Shutters & Shades

Review: I gave [redacted] the owner of Southern Shutters & Shades a down payment on June 6, 2013 for storm panels. The agreement was 1/2 of the money to place the order & the other 1/2 upon satisfactory installation. I have been fighting with Ms. [redacted] since November 2013 about poor installation & still not having all of my panels. The panels that I do have are all too short & the installer damaged 2 of my windows. Because the panels were measured wrong by Ms. [redacted] all of my window trim has been damaged.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, my window trim replaced on all windows & the 2 damaged windows replaced
