In response to case on dated July 13, After discussion with the patient on June 19th, the issue regarding patients balance was brought to [redacted] MD AttentionThe misunderstanding was addressed immediately and on June 23rd the balance was adjusted to a No Balance The patient was aware of the adjustmentI have spoken to the patient and he suggested that we could contact Revdex.com and have the case resolvedPlease advise me if there is anything else we need to do to clear Dr [redacted] who has never had a case filed in over years of practice and feel the this case has been resolved for the patient

 The patient was aware of the adjustment. I have spoken to the patient and he suggested that we could contact Revdex.com and have the case resolved. Please advise me if there is anything else we need to do to clear Dr. [redacted] who has never had a case filed in over 20 years of practice and feel the this case has been resolved for the patient.
