Work down was not completed as discussed. Also since completed we have found a leak in pipe and they will not come out and fix.
Work was to start April 11th. The did little between then and got most done April 17th. I paid $839.17 which was 1/2 of invoice as Shane B worked on grading and removing 3 trees from my backyard. There were several delays due to rain and one delay when a worker did not show up a day he thought the guy was here working all day. I came home from work to find nothing done. (Around April 10th). This is where there is a problem. I think to quiet me up they quickly did this job. I have tried to get Shane to come back out here since May 9th because they did not secure one of the well vents and I asked them why the left the area near where they removed trees so rough. The ground was not smoothed out and it is very rough to mow. I also found a leak in the drain pipe he ran. He ask for pictures for both of these issues and I sent them on 6/13/19 even though I requested he come walk on the ground as I didn't think he could see rough ground in a picture. I have not heard from him since I sent the pictures.
