our price was much less. That is still not good enough. I am truly sorry my guys did not handle this to credit the gun back. My people have been reprimanded, and new policy is in place for special orders.However I would like to offer Mr [redacted] 1 free box of ammo for his trouble. I believe my manager spoke with him yesterday. He had the card company credit his account. Which I would have done the same.please accept my apology,Karen A[redacted]
