is that they fill out a W9 form as required by IRS for me to pay out money to them. As far as I can determine, Ms. [redacted] has steadfastly refused to fill out the W9, and her signed consignor contract specified that her unsold items be donated to charity. I can email you a copy of that contract, but am not posting it for public display. I do not scream at anyone, and the only other person that I know of that has complained is Ms. [redacted] friend Ms [redacted]. Both women refuse to fill out W9s. Thus they can only use their "earnings" as shop credit. They need to contact IRS and file the proper paperwork of exemption from 1099 reporting.

CPA, paid her $38.44 by check #[redacted] on 10/22/15, and $20.24 by check 1048 on 11/19/15. The W9 was out for her to sign, but she again refused. Her remaining items have been boxed up and available for her to pick up since November 21st.
I am paying consignors according to the contracts that they have signed. One requirement for all consigners is that they fill out a W9 form as required by IRS for me to pay out money to them. Ms.[redacted] has steadfastly refused to fill out the W9, and her signed consignor contract specified that her items remain for sale for ninety days. I can email you a copy of that contract, as well as her canceled checks, but am not posting them for public display.
Since Ms [redacted] refuses to fill out a W9, so she can only use her "earnings" as shop credit. She needs to contact IRS and file the proper paperwork of exemption from 1099 reporting.
