I was just in the local branch with my fiancée who banks here and the teller/manager was supposed to be taking care of his needs, however she did nothing of the sortShe was extremely condescending, patronizing and rudeShe went out of her way to be mean and treated both of us like she was above us because she was begin the counter in control of our moneyIt truly amazes me that people who get into a business that its core is customer service has no capability of performing it's functionMy fiancée actually closed the account because of this experience and will never support nor bank here again
I have purchased from them twice always fastReps were a little under adjudicated about the firearms but they found out the answers I neededThe prices werer great and delivery was fast
I have purchased firearms from SOG for years and have not had an issue with their serviceI have purchased a over firearms and have returned one for a poor boreGiven the variability of surplus firearms I have been satisfied with the quality

Very dishonest company that hides behind the fine print in their terms and conditions to add excessive charges once order is placed. I received an invoice that was cancelled and changed, without my permission to a much higher price.
SOG has a lousy rating system. I bought a Beretta 92S, and paid the extra bucks for "LIKE NEW' condition. To me or anyone else who speaks the English language "LIKE NEW" means exactly what it says. What I received was a gun with pitted holster marks on the slide, a huge deep scratch on the grip, and the sights were off by 2.5 inches at 25 feet, and rusted into place. I am very good at restoring firearms, so I corrected the problems and traded the gun at $100 loss. When I ask them about their rating system they gave some story about rating being a matter of opinion. My response to them was what part of "LIKE NEW" don't you understand. When I dispose a firearm and I say "LIKE NEW", even though fired, it looks just like it can out of the box when new. Definitely don't trust their rating system. They either don't speak English, or they are blind.
The complaint has been resolved at this time.

I have asked the SOG to send to me a gun that they consider in very good condition and I will pay for it . Then I will compare with the gun that they have sent to me initially and keep the better of the both and return at SOG expese the one that I considered as in acceptable ( not in very good condition ) .SOG said that they do not have guns in very good condition to send to me , prooving again discrepancy between advertising the specific gun lot as , very good to excellent condition.
thank you !

Summary - quality claims on website are false - SOG does not inspect internal workings of guns before shipment.
I ordered a Beretta 92S online. I chose a "Grade 2" quality rating, which was the middle price of $319. Problem #1: When they mailed the gun to my FFL dealer of choice, they did not put my name on the shipment. It was an unmarked box sitting at the dealer until I called the dealer to ask whether they had received it.
Problem #2: When I received the gun it had severe pitting throughout the barrel and shot far to the left. The quality rating I chose online says " Excellent (Mechanically excellent, cosmetically very slight wear on finish. Not quite as nice as "like new")." I don't think anyone would say the gun I received was mechanically excellent.
Problem #3: When I called customer service to ask about exchanging for a gun that meets the quality rating I paid for, [redacted] the customer service rep told me that SOG does not have a practice of inspecting any internal aspects of their guns. She said the quality ratings are for appearance only. Even though on their website it says MECHANICALLY excellent. She told me that if I chose to exchange, there was no guarantee that I would receive a gun that was in good shape internally because they WILL NOT inspect the gun even at my request.
I asked for a refund obviously. Customer service was completely unhelpful and said I had no other option unless I wanted to leave it to chance & try an exchange. No thanks.
[redacted] also instructed me to simply mail the gun back to them - I asked isn't that illegal for a regular individual to put a firearm in the mail? [redacted] said she actually had no idea and I should ask my FFL dealer about that.
