I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I was contacted by Sharon from southern Ohio communications in Waverly Ohio in regards to this disputeIt took me several attempts before I was notified that any resolution would be made to my service and then several more attempts were made until I needed to threaten legal action before someone would come to my house and inspect my equipment and my serviceThis was not to my satisfaction as I did not want it to escalate that far just to receive service that I paid forI have not been offered any type of payment reduction or credit for all the time that my service was unusableSharon as well as others working with this company have let me know that it is not possible to give me a credit unless they deemed it was necessaryI also complain to Sharon when she called on August 11, that my service had started to drop again but seem to recover more quickly than it had beforeSharon ignore this and instead asked that I contact the Revdex.com and remove my complaintMy service has since dropped drastically the following week from Sharon's call to me to the point where I've had to call customer service and the technician told me to restart my routerI am still unsatisfied with the fact that I pay nearly $a month and only now have usable service when I have been a customer since March I am not the only one to have a complaint on the road that I live onMy neighbor has since went back to frontier communications because of the poor service offered by southern Ohio communications
