This was an estimating error. Per the terms of our contract, we have days to cancel an order after discovery of the error. We were well within our time frame and we apologize for the inconvenienceBoth the sales rep and the general manager have been informed and educated on this
issue
This service is scheduled for 10-with an installation crew along with out superintendent, *** ***. We have a punch list of everything that needs to be addressed

The loan balance was credited $180.00 in February 2017. We have not had any service requests from this customer since then.
[redacted] is currently out of town and will not be available until after May 1st. At that time, [redacted] will inspect his job. We would like to schedule a superintendent to go over the job with him, collect his balance, and determine if there is to be any compensation. He has a $6,000...

Our Installation Manager spoke with [redacted] on 11-15-16. We are sending a Superintendent, and an installation crew out to the home to address all concerns on 11-30-16. [redacted] was agreeable.
