From day one I have had nothing but problems with this business. Their office staff is extremely unprofessional and also rude. They have billed my insurance company multiple times for the same visit on multiple occasions and have yet to refund me money I'm owed for over 9 months now. I was told the doctor is now out office and they can't refund me until he returns and it could be another 2-3 weeks, on top of the months I've already been waiting. I have called and emailed on multiple occasions and rarely hear back. Vanessa and their office manager Maritza are two of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in my life. There are no words to describe how rude they are but I can start by saying I've been hung up on multiple times by both of them. I have begged and pleaded for my refund for months now and have not received all of it. This is by far the worst business I have ever had to deal with. They have admitted I am owed money but are refusing to refund it.
Billing Adjustment I want my money returned as soon as possible. I will be disputing this with my credit card company as well because as of now I am considering this fraud. They have admitted I am owed a refund and are refusing to give it to me.
patient contacted southern Nevada bariatrics stating her insurance informed her she had a refund. at the time the claim was still open we had not received the payment patient was advised once the claim was paid and posted a refund would be provide based on her EOB. claim was closed on 03/05/2020 on 03/9/2020 a refund was given back to the card that was used to make the payment the second refund did not post to the additional card used. so a check was sent out on 04/14/2020 at that time patients account was closed as no additional refund was pending. based on office visit the billing department billed it once when we contacted the insurance it was stated it was an error on the claims department and it would be corrected. a copy of all emails were printed and filed in patients chart all conversations are recorded. all dates of service have been posted based on EOB copy of all transactions are saved to patients charts. we have been respectful to the patient at all times.

Refund was finally issued but this business is still incompetent and extremely unprofessional. I have records of all emails and lack of replies to my emails from them. I was ignored for months and wasn't issued my refund until this complaint was filed. Either way I am over and done with them. I have told everyone I know not to use their business and will continue to do so.
