October **, Dear [redacted] ,In reference to complaint ID [redacted] , please be advised that Wendel Home Center has reached out to the manufacturer of the entry doors They have advised us to replace the middle hinge on both doors, which should alleviate the problem, caused by an air pocket between the two doors We've been in contact with the customer and we will be replacing the hinges upon receipt from the manufacturer.I will give you a follow up to this complaint when the hinges are replaced If you have any additional questions please contact our office at ###-###-####.Sincerely,Diane M***Wendel Home Center
