[redacted] called me late Saturday afternoon complaining that none of the toilets would flush in his homeI showed up and climbed up on the roof to rooter out his linesHe had a air conditioning unit directly over the roof vent that I needed to go down because of the air conditioner being directly over the vent I had to go pick up a additional drain cleaning machineI send feet of snake down the line and I pulled back numerous rootsI informed him he had a break somewhere in his sewer line and because of this I could not be sure of the condition of the lineI advised him that if it does back up again the best course of action is to get a jetter send it into the sewer line and cut the roots out with a jetter The toilet was flushing when I walked away but because of the large amounts of roots down the line I informed him that it could back up at any time and that cutting the roots out via a jetter should be done
