Review: The Southern Maryland Advertiser litters. Their unsollicited "newspaper" is thrown on my driveway each week and on the dirveways of all my neighbors in my community. If you don't stop, I wll contact your primary advertisers and advise them of a boycott because they advertise in Southern Maryland Advertiser which delivers the unsollicited advertising material by littering.Desired Settlement: Stop littering on my property. Stop leaving unsollicted commercial advertising on my driveway and the driveways of others in my community.

We are in receipt of the complaint from the resident at the stated address receiving a copy of the Southern Maryland Advertiser in their driveway. We notified the Zone Manager for that area and he spoke to the resident. They told him that they had not received a copy of that product in several weeks but that they just wanted to make sure they did not received it again. He assured them they would not and that the carrier in that area had been notified. He assured us that he will also monitor the area himself. The Zone Manager left the resident his phone number to be contacted if there was any further problem with delivery.
