I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
[redacted] What [redacted] is saying is not exactly the truth. I asked him a number of times to adjust the sprinkler head because several areas of my lawn were dying to lack of water. Each time they came out and made an adjustment the charged me. My issue was if you did NOT get it right they first time why continue to come out and charge me time and time again My lawn was still dying to lack of water I ended up have to replace several sections of sod due to their mistake. It appears we will never agree to a fair resolution. Please leave my complaint on their record. Thank yoiu
Hello [redacted], Thanks for your feedback regarding our most recent service at your home. As a business owner I wanted to take the time to respond to your recent post. Our first initial visit to your property in June of 2013 was in relation to Irrigation Modifications and Adjustments. I came out and conducted an Irrigation evaluation zone by zone and provided you with a written detailed report with the recommended modifications and improvements your system needed at the time. I set your controller to water per the twice a week water restrictions set by the City of Pflugerville. We then came back to perform the $170.00 worth of Irrigation Modifications and Improvements shortly after. After this service you wanted to negotiate the invoiced amount with a television and surround sound system. I refused to accept the offer and you wrote a check instead. Nearly two years goes by to the date and you called me back with Irrigation concerns. I sent my lead Licensed Irrigator (Mike) to your residence in June of 2015 just days after your call regarding the decline of your lawn. Mike reviewed the Irrigation System with you in close proximity and stated to you that you were under-watering since the water restrictions set by the City of Pflugerville had changed to just once day a week watering. Mike then set your controller to appropriate settings and raised and aligned a head and swapped out a nozzle to improve coverage on the turf. There was minimal work that had to be taken care of at this time in regards to your Irrigation System. While Mike was there on 6-10-15 you also asked him to swap out a hose bib you had purchased for the side of the house. Mike contacted me and I gave him the green light to proceed. We charged $75.00 for this service. You called me back the same day we swapped out the hose bib and you wanted us to change it out again for a different colored knob for aesthetics (blue to red or red to blue). You wanted us to do this at no additional cost the same day. I sent Mike back the same afternoon to make this change and charged you $25.00 after you haggled and negotiated for this service call, which usually costs $75.00. The third party company replaced a pallet of St. Augustine due to lack of watering; improper settings of the Irrigation controller, severe cliche soil structure, brown patch (fungus) and Bermuda grass taking over St. Augustine. The third party also performed Irrigation modifications without the proper license or know how and violated TCEQ rules and regulations. You should never install 360 degree nozzles around the perimeter of your house due to potential mold build up in house siding material. Southern Landscape Solutions is not, and will not, be held accountable for your lawn or your $500.00 reimbursement request. Thanks, [redacted] Southern Landscape Solutions Inc. 512-850-8535
