This is a second--make that a third--rate company.

"Dave" is most unprofessional and unreliable. Doesn't come when he say he will and never follows up. You'll have to keep calling him for a response. He is always pushing an expensive annual service policy when all you may need is a bulb or two replaced. He will make it very clear that he doesn't want your business if he can't get you to pay for a service plan (basically, expense, non necessary, highly profitable insurance). Worse, he has a temper and can get loud, insulting and vulgar. Stay away from this company and look for someone you would want a long term relationship; a truly professionally run company. Ask to visit their office location, and if you do, then ask yourself if this is representative of the quality and sophistication you want representing your home.

Not recommended for anyone with an expensive home, class or dignity.
