Refuses to refund security deposit I Paid a security deposit of $1,(receipt NoXXXXXX) of which there were agreed terms on the lease of non refundable portion for cleaning, re-keying I'm not disputing that amountI moved out January and still do not have my remaining deposit refunded I have tried several emails with no response I can call and talk to the Southern Key Properties on telephone however, the responses I have received are "I forgot to send it" and "I'm making a note now to send it" I never received certified mail of any charges that may be taken from my security deposit per Florida statutes Part II, Chapter and I'm required that after days

I think I am in the wrong business!! Better to go to a reputable business like ERA or Century Remember if you rent from these people TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING BEFORE AND AFTER MOVE OUT!!
