12/29/ [ left voice mail that it appears last correspondence from business might have addressed all of the concerns mentioned in her rejection of their response; asked her to call back and let me know]Yes, they did what I requested, mailed the correspondence to me, and this was headed off before it got reported as something that might have appeared as part of my credit history ( they gave me the impression that it might have been reported and ended up as part of my credit record but shown as paid - I did not want that)Yes, what they did was satisfactory and understand complaint will be closedThanks for following up
