Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: First, when a customer such as myself is having problems with their quality of work being done, and lawn does not measure up to the standards their sales people promised me, they need to stand behind the work or lack of work they did. This lawn is the worst it has ever looked, and that is a problem in itself. Second, to have a manager not call and inspect after several phone calls asking for a manager to call is very sad, frustrating, and it sure does not reflect customer service or standing behind their product and what they do as a business. There is just no excuse that they can give me to not repair the damages they caused, and not have a manager get involved when there are problems. Thirdly I reject what they are saying about not replacing lawn areas they destroyed. I paid them for regular spraying of yard for weeds and bugs and since none of their products worked it is just unacceptable to me for them to take this stance. They need to make right and fix what they caused and destroyed. They need to do something to fix this since their manager avoided my calls and did very little to contact me or check my lawn after complaints. very poor customer service on managers part!

On 7-24-14 around 3:30pm, a rock was slung from a Southern Green lawnmower and struck my vehicle. The paint was scratched down to the metal. On 7-24-14 around 3:30pm, I was traveling on [redacted]. near [redacted]. A Southern Green lawn crew was cutting grass at a nearby residence. As I drove past, I heard a rock strike the passenger side of my vehicle. I pulled over immediately and observed a few scratches consistent with an object striking the door. The scratches go through the paint all the way to the metal. Three Southern Green employees were on the property. I spoke with the one operating the lawnmower. He identified himself as "[redacted]". I pointed out the damage to [redacted] and asked if a supervisor was on scene. [redacted] stated no, but attempted to contact [redacted] by telephone. [redacted] stated there was no answer. [redacted] provided me a phone number, [redacted]. This is the same number on the work truck. I called the number as well and there was no answer. Since then, I have called and left multiple voice mails requesting a call back. I have not received a call as of present. While on scene with [redacted], I took photos of the damage to my vehicle and photos of where the lawnmower was situated in relation to the travel lane of the highway. The photo clearly indicates the mower was on the shoulder of the travel lane with it's cutting deck pointing towards the road. Copies of the photos are available upon request. Thank you.Desired SettlementI am requesting Southern Green Landscaping to pay for the repairs to my vehicle. My vehicle is a 2014 model and had no dents or scratches prior to this incident. The damage will require repair due to the metal being exposed now to the elements. I would have hoped to worked this out directly with Southern Green Landscaping, however they are not returning my calls. Thank you.More info received from the consumer 2014-07-31Southern Green Lawncare and I have agreed to a resolution. Thank you. [redacted]
