Franklyn Woodworks & Home Repair sent two gentlemen out to fix a threshold issue I had and to finish an install of a fire door in my garage. Both of the gentlemen working on my home did a wonderful job. Polite, courteous, knowledgable is how I would describe them.

They provided the threshold, nails, screws, and silicone. For one hour and 45 minutes of labor, it cost $425. I felt that the price may have been a bit steep. I did not seek any other quotes.

Overall though, I was happy with the service I was provided.

I have had internet service for 10 days. In that time there have been 2 outages, and I have had to call 5 times to figure out why I don't have service. Also, my wifi went out periodically and I had to swap modems. Along with this unreliable service, the price is actually more than any other company. I am switching immediately and will not suggest Mediacom to anyone.
