SEE had contracted to perform our landscape maintenance including the irrigation systemThis summer they let the irrigation get out of control resulting in overwateringWe incurred over $in excess water usage and many of the plants died as a resultUpon returning to Florida I contacted Court Cand arranged a meetingAt that meeting he agreed to replace the dead and damaged plants as well as give us free maintenance for November to make up for the excess water costs His crew came once in November to mow the grassAfter that we received an email saying he no longer would be in the maintenance business so much for the free month of maintenanceHe said the plants would be replaced by Friday after Thanksgiving It didn't happen and he won't return calls or emailsMy new maintenance company has had to trim and fertilize which should have been done this summerI think the only thing done this summer by SEE was to cut some grass and cash checks

We incurred over $500 in excess water usage and many of the plants died as a result. Upon returning to Florida I contacted Court C. and arranged a meeting. At that meeting he agreed to replace the dead and damaged plants as well as give us free maintenance for November to make up for the excess water costs.
