Southern Creations

Review: We hired him to remodel our home. Paid him $70,000.00 and he didn't finish alot of the work.We have tried to reason with him but with no results. We have pictures of all the unfinished work. We recently found out that he did not purchase the required permits from the city for the electrical and plumbing work that he did. He had stated to us that his buddy was going to certify his work when he was finished, well that never happened. We have electical issues!!We need to hire another licensed carpenter to finish the work and bill Southern Creations. Also, hire an electrician to come in and fix the problems and bill Southern Creations.Desired Settlement: Hire another carpenter and electictian to finish the work and bill Southern Creations.
