Review: I never signed up for a paid subscription, nor did I ever receive a newspaper or Bill. I simply received a collections notice. When I inquired about this issue, poor customer service was given and still no resolution.Desired Settlement: I do not want this on my credit report and I do not want to be charged for something I never received.
Review: On April 21, I wrote a check to the Advocate for $60.25 for a subscription renewal to the newspaper. It was cashed a few days later but I still have not received the newspaper. I have already called the subscription office three times, including one time when I spoke to [redacted] director of subscription services. He assured me that I would get a full refund. That was over two weeks ago and I still have not received a refund. After all this, I do not want the newspaper.
