Jason H [redacted] from Southern Comfort called this morning about Ms [redacted] complaint Two months after he did the pressure washing, she complained that the exterior motion light was full of water and no longer worked MrH [redacted] said that the light is designed to drain and his work had been performed two months prior to her call He did go and take a look at the light Ms [redacted] lives in a gated community so when he went back to put the light back up, he was not able to get in He missed another appointment to put the light up because of an unavoidable scheduling change He did text her yesterday and she is going to leave a pass for him at the gate is going to go and put the lights back up
