Southern Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating

I am very displeased with the prior services that I have received from this company. My air conditioner was not performing efficiently. During the first diagnostic, the guy claimed he fixed the problem by flushing out the safety switch drain plug. He stated that I needed to put bleach in the drain plug every 15 to 30 days. My air worked for about 2-4 hours and then it started to not work again. So I called again and stated my air was not fixed like the technician claimed. So the next day they sent out two technicians. Now all of a sudden after they came out, they are telling me that they found numerous problems that they didn't catch the day before. Also, in order to repair it, I have to pay 700+ dollars to get it fixed. The day before, I paid them 120 dollars after he claimed he fixed it. I feel as though they tampered with something and/or lying because now my A/C unit is not even coming on at all. I feel as though I have been taken advantages of due to my lack of knowledge of A/C repairs. They haven't even called me back to schedule the repairs after they walked me through the steps to get approved credit for the repairs. This is just bad business all around. Now I am suffering along with my wife and kids in the heat. The house temperature is 85 degrees. I can't even call them because they will not be open until Monday. Thanks a lot Southern Comfort A/C.
