My 1st experience and I ordered an *** eats delivery due to me just getting off of the roadI didn't receive my beverage and called to ask if it was packedI was bluntly told 'well you are just going to have to call *** to get your moneyWhat do you expect me to do about it? I obviously didn't pack it so basically you need to call ***? and hung up in my faceSo, I had to get up and go to the restaurant itselfWhere this woman claimed she was the manager and stated 'what drink did you have'? And rolled her eyesI then tried to explain to her that it was about her tone of voice and how she spoke to meShe got annoyed, threw up her hands and walked off while I was still trying to explain and give examplesAnd sent someone else to bring my drink and didn't come back out
I understand if you had a frustrating day but a simple 'I didn't mean to come off like that? would have sufficedBut for her to be so rude and not even bother to offer the option for me to come get my drink
