Bruce R [redacted] has been dealing with this customer, as the person that originally dealt with him is no longer employed at Sunrise.The customer is very happy now, as Bruce rectified the issues by supplying the remote for the DVD, the headphones and he mats.He is a service customer of ours and appears to be satisfied.Thank you

In response to *** ***'s complaint, he had an after market motor installed in his Toyota, not by us an authorized Toyota dealerHe went to Pep Boys, and they replaced his drain plug, which caused the first mishap He brought the car in with a shifter linkage issue. The only way to
diagnose a vehicle, is to test drive it, at which time at no fault of ours, the engine seized. He contacted Toyota Motor division directly , and they declined the claim as *** *** had installed an aftermarket engine not approved by Toyota Motor Division. he might have a warranty with the company that installed the after market engine If we could have done anything to help this past employee, of course we would have, but we are a authorized Toyota Dealer, and can only do what we are allowed to do.
