Im owed a gift card and they are ignoring my emails
I did some surveys with them and they owe me a amazon gift card. They sent me a email over a month ago saying it was delayed because of some logistical issues.emailed them and emailed them about it and have not got a response.Heres a copy of their email below
Dear Participant,

We are experiencing some logistical issues relating to the payment process and we are actively working on it! Please allow for an additional few weeks for us to process the payment to you. Please be rest assured that the Amazon gift card will be sent to you as soon as possible.

I am a student at Southern California university of Health science. I registered for a course hybrid meaning lecture needed to be taken online and lab on campus. I live in Florida and flew all the way to California only to be informed the lab was cancelled back in January, 2019. I was very disappointing since I flew very far and spend money on hotel to stay for one week. *** informed me of the situation and gave me a choice to take the lab all by myself. Based on my frustration I agreed to trust this school one more time. I actually paid *** towards the class and had $500 left to pay. When I made the payment the week prior of me going to California I was never informed of this situation. I made lots of effort to make it there financially.

I moved forward with the lab and was able to finish and turn in my work. However, the lecture portion I couldn't take my final because *** decided that I got the proper help towards taking my final for the class which I didn't. The problem was I had a technical issue that was not addressed at the time of taking my final. *** told me that she was going to call me with a decision which she never did. Just wrote me a email after all the trouble I have gone through with the school. Telling me I need to re take the class.

Furthermore, this morning I tried looking at my grades and it turns out I can't even look at my grades because I still own a balance of $500 when I paid $*** towards this classes anyway.
