I came by about 2 weeks ago at around 715pm for a bald fade and shadow fade hair for my wife.I met an African American gentlemen who told us the wait will be 1hr and I said it was ok.we waited in the car and came back an hour later and the manager told us that he was sending everyone on break for another half an hour.we told him that he had told us to come an hour later which we did and he was asking us to wait for another half an hour with no apology.he asked if we wanted us the students not to take a break.we told him we will wait since we had waited that long.while we were waiting a gentleman came in that knew his came and he started to cut his as we still waited.he asked us what kind of her we wanted and I said we wanted bald fade and shadow fade for my wife.he said he didn’t know what a shadow hair cut was and the gentleman he was cutting his hair pull some fade cuts from his phone.we told it was something similar to that and tried to explain it was the haircut that famous Tony Braxton wore in the 90s but he still did not have a clue.I google on my phone shadow fade and showed him what I found.he got mad and said he had been cutting hair since 1986 and I said all I was doing is just trying to help in case another customer comes in.he then want to threaten me that he was not going to cut my hair and he told the gentleman who was cutting my wife to stop cutting her and refunded our money.I was mad that he left my wife’s hair undone and she had no exchange with him.we had to find another barber next to fix her half haircut which we were really humiliated.He said he did like my attitude since I walked in.

The customers wife was asking for a service that we could not accommodate, that is why they stopped the service, while she was in the chair she changed her original request to something the student could not do. We apologize for the poor experience but this is a school and the level of expertise in service varies according to the students skill level.
The response was a liar,we were kicked out for no reason,my wife did not utter or ask for an alteration in her haircut,I was the only one who spoke to the supervisor who after making wait for almost 2hrs said his own word,matter of fact you are not getting a cut and matter of fact am going to stop your wife her cut. He then proceeded to instruct the student to stop cutting my wife’s hair and asked us to leave the establishment I believe it the same person who has responded to the complaint,if you can address this to owner or directors I believe we would get justice.note that in response they did not leave there name or title.I apologize that I was not able to respond in 5days as I was unwell as I am disabled
We will refund thr customer to resolve this issue.
I believe the response is being sent by same employee who ordered to have my wife’s haircut to be stopped leaving her uncut as she did not do anything,she was embarrassed and humiliated just because fir no reason.as you can see the response does not say who it’s from and title.I need more time to find out the owners and I have file a license request ownership and is waiting for a feedback from the licensing board to make sure the complaint reaches the directors of the company.
