While I appreciate the counter offer to resolve this issue, the company did not obey posted signs that were on my property as well as made alterations to a tree that did not belong to them or had permission to to do soI could have involved the police in this matter for the trespassing issue onto my property, but I did not do so I believe my initial offer that I placed in my complaint to resolve this issue is very fair Again, the company can agree to cut / trim ALL my trees on my property or agree to pay me $ Thank you
