Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/21) */ Contact Name and Title: Southern Auto Repair Contact Phone: (XXX)XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @yahoo.com I would first like to say is we have only been in business since March 9th which I have proof of and yes when I went in business they brought me the van to do a tune up which I did and then again to put upper and lower intake gaskets which I did at the customers request and when that still didn't fix it they decided to let me find out what was wrong with it instead of telling me what they wanted fix then I done a compression test and found out the van had a burnt valve at that point they did not have the money to fix the van so we gave them our personal vehicle to drive because they have so many children I told the customer that I would work on the vehicle when I could so they could save up the money so they could pay for it but after months of having my personal vehicles they were trashed out so I took them back and had to pay to have them detailed but anyway the customer did come out to offer his services and I have witnesses that will state the customer did no work to his vehicle except for the small things that I could supervise on the customers parts have all been paid for but a $by the customer the customer said if I would order the parts to finish the job he would bring me the $when his wife got paid that Friday so all the parts were paid for and all he owed was the labor which is hours at $dollars a hour which total $1,which I have not been paid for yet I have contacted the title loan company that has the title to the van they do not want it and told me to file a mechanics lean against the van so I can sell or crush it because he couldn't pay the $or so to them to pay off the loan I contacted the customer and was ignored for days until I told him that if he couldn't bring me the money for the parts that he told me to order then I would just crush the van and he told me to crush it I have the text on my phone where he told me to crush it I have not try to keep there van from them but they expect me to fix it and give it to them without paying me for the work that has been done also I have attached a copy of the date we got our business started and a copy of the customers bill which as you will be able to see he still owes for some parts and all the labor
