In Feb 2014, I needed an evaluation of my gums doneThat eventually ended up with my having a dental scrape procedure done; a very deep cleaning of teeth around the roots & gums (which I paid for myself)It really helped my gums a lot** ** was professional & gentle person, explained everything very well, so I no complaints with him and would recommend him However, the admin staff did NOT mention to me that I would possibly owe additional $ for bills not covered by my dental insurance They only told me that "YES" my plan would cover itTo my chagrin, two months later I received a bill that from the dental office showing I what I was expected to pay, which insurance did not completely coverI highly recommend that you don't take their word on it, and have them submit all "procedure,visits,etcfor review by insurance company and you review the statement they send back; PRIOR to visiting them
