I hired this wedding photographer 9 months prior to my wedding. It has now been 1 year and 4 months since my wedding and I still have not received the 3 wedding albums that I paid for prior to the wedding. This photographer has ignored my emails and blocked my phone number from calling her. The last email I received from her was 5 months ago (September 2019) when she finally sent my album design to be approved. I approved the design immediately. Since then, I have emailed multiple times asking for an update on when I should expect to receive the albums. All of my emails have gone unanswered. I am deeply saddened and heartbroken by this as photography was one of the biggest investments for our wedding. I just would like to receive what I paid for.
