my vehicle was not repaired properly, and I currently still have issues that Southend claims they can't figure it out

Out of dollarsHad to bring my car in a second time for them to fix a problem that they were initially made aware of, were less than helpful
After having my car diagnosed by another repair shop, I was told that my evaporator core was leakingI brought it to South End Imports to have the repair done as the other shop did not work on VWsAfter renting a car for days while my car was at their shop, I was told that there was no leak and was charged dollars for an "air conditioning service"Less than a month later my AC is not working, I took it back to South End Imports and they found the leak in the evaporator core (that was clearly there the whole time)So now I'm out of about dollars (for the rental car and AC service) and the best they will discount my repair is dollars (percent off labor) the total cost of repair would have been $Not to mention the time that has been wasted and the fact that I would have to rent a car again if I allowed them to fix it
