Beware of this so called company. We ended up in court with Steve B. over his contract. Read very carefully and do not sign. He will tell you it is giving permission to go on the roof, but it is saying that if you don't use him you will owe $1000. We learned the hard way. In court the judge did not like the wording of the contract, so he was not awarded even half of the $1000. [redacted]
