MR *** *** Mr*** called for service as stated in the complaintOn time ticket I, *** *** posted that we installed a Trane Hard Start Kit Our Trane kits are made especially for Trane compressorsThey cost more that a generic kit Customers unit is a Trane we
installed for the prior owner of the property We do ship them in from our supply house and we do break down the freight per each part The generic kits are 1/of the cost We apologize for the billing error, and will accept the amount the customer is willing to pay.
