Took possession of condo late March Unit was brand new no one lived in condo until July Hardwood floor issues were pointed out in June and repaired by builder in July Flooring was lifting on edges *** flooring builders trade partner ordered a box of flooring and repaired
In fall of I had water damage to drywall in master bedroom and carpet was wet Water leak Repaired with lots of issues by builder
February second leak in spare bedroom, carpet underlay, and baseboards replaced due to water damage
April wall unit moved and more issues underneath with hardwood lifting *** flooring ordered flooring and repaired
September - ground floor patio removed with no notice from builder, foundation work done for water penetration, and patio repaired This took months Landscape s

I am filing a complaint against the builders of my condominium over building issues that they never completely fixed: dryer vent, microwave and mold
I moved in on November 21, My issues have all stemmed with a freezing dryer vent, water leaking through the microwave and a moldy front entrance (due to water damage)
Over a series of contacting them about the same issues, there was never a permanent solution offered They would send different people to fix the problem, but despite continued problems with the same issue, would not take steps to permanently remedy the problem
The dryer vent has been freezing shut as soon as the weather gets very cold (below degrees usually) There is a long pipe that goes out the attic, with bend in it, and water and snow blow in and get stuck, so the dryer can't vent out They have replaced the whole system once, but I continued to have issues with it freezing after that For which they say is a condo mgmtissue (which it is not)
