The store called on a Friday and told me my vinyl windows had been repaired and were ready to pick up. I arrived at the store at 3PM and the store was locked with the lights out. The sign on the door said they were open until 4PM. They didn't have the courtesy to tell me they were closing early and no apology was offered. They also told me that the repairs would cost $4/sq ft. I measured the 3 windows and came up with 23 sq ft. The cost plus tax should have been $98.44. I was charged $126.95. Not a good place to do business with. I was overcharged and very poor customer service.
