reach out to you to schedule a time for inspections and repairs have gone unanswered. Since you spoke with our owner in recent days, we sent our Production Manager out to do a visual inspection of your roof, and he has called you on several occasions to try to schedule a formal inspection with our roofer.  We gladly stand behind our work, and will make the necessary repairs, all we ask is that you respond to our calls and requests to set up a time to do so.  We look forward to working with you together to resolve this issue.
