We hired Southeast Florida Holdings LLC, owned by [redacted] , to work with our homeowner insurance companyInsurance approved and paid for the new roofThey forged our signatures, cashed the checks and DID NOT PAY the roofing contractor or supply companyNow both the contractor/supply company is putting a lien on my houseI heard that they have done this to about a dozen other homeownersDo not trust this business because it sounds like they just take the insurance money and leave you with a lien to your house to pay for the roof yourself! What a scam!

Do not conduct any business with this company Homeowners and myself have liens against their property for non payment of materials by this contractorI am contacting a lawyer about a class action suit by all involved including [redacted] for even providing credit to this contractor and holding the home owner responsible despite Florida law which does not protect the consumer and only businesses [redacted]
