We installed a base building sprinkler systemThe location had a roof leak and also major condensation from lines to the brewing vats that are running a coolant product that were installed by the tenant not owner of the buildingThe water is so much that is was dripping down the walls, on the alarm panel and devicesMold, sludge is all over the floorsI offered to repair the parts at COST and no labor to help him outThere is no unconditional warranty for his system to the general contractorAlso if there was the unconditional warranty it is based upon manufactures recommendations for installation in a climate controlled areaEven though we are not responsible for the roof leak or the condensation SEFP has visited the site several times and have offered a reasonable solution to which the tenant will not accept

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
I feel like they did not do their homework in the planning on the system. I have emails from them telling me that they did not need to talk to me when designing the system. In the same email they tell me that I should have told them that the system would get wetThe 50+ linear feet of floor drains we put in should have been a clue that there may be water in the area. I am sorry that they designed the system incorrectly, but I don't believe I should pay to fix their mistake even at cost.
