Southeast Coatings

I'm in my middle 60's and have a great deal of experience concerning routine residential maintenance, particularly exterior painting. I am an exacting individual and I pay strict attention to detail. I like to caulk and paint every seven (7) years whether my home truly needs it or not under the theory that if I do, I'll never have any problems with rot or any other water related troubles. I built my home in Historic Brookhaven twenty-six (26) years ago, and so far I've been right. And, as you might well imagine, I'm extremely picky concerning who I entrust my periodic exterior maintenance to.

This past October, I decided it was time to once again have a casting call of Atlanta's best and most trusted exterior painters in advance of again thoroughly caulking and painting my home. This time, however, I added Southeast Coatings, Inc. to my list because I was intrigued by their twenty-five (25) year transferable warranty. After a very thorough vetting process, I decided to choose Southeast Coatings over all of Atlanta's "household names", opting to go with the elastomeric ceramic coating offered by Southeast Coatings instead of the traditional exterior paint offered by Atlanta's best exterior painters.

I'm extremely pleased with the decision that I made.

Southeast Coatings, Inc. is a very professionally run family owned and operated business that is "old school" in nature. Which is to say that 1) their word is their bond, 2) their professionalism and attention to detail is amazing, and 3) they seem to want to thoroughly please a customer not only because they've contracted to do so but because in doing so it gives them a huge sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. Again, I pride myself on paying strict attention to detail and I always do what I've promised to do but Southeast Coatings absolutely takes these two (2) core character traits to another level. As the unrelated TV ad says, "Prepare To Be Amazed".
