Horrible customer service! Never, never returns your calls, so frustrating you cant believe it! how does someone stay in business with this kind of service....in a service industry!
Promises to come back after totally disconnecting a semi-working appliance, now its been three weeks without even an update on being promised to be back in less than a week. really....

Owner/ Operator Ken was very helpful. Had a couple problems with a side by side refrigerator . Door cam was worn making a loud noise ordered and replaced and also replaced a door seal and a leaking water line We also needed a check of stove as we began smelling gas- prompt follow-up and Ken replaced the igniter. Friendly and helpful busy guy so took about a day to get reply- but happy with his professionalism and help . Good Guy is one man shop so busy at times!

Great service at a reasonable pricing. The Service Tech came and not only resolved our issue with the Stove, but also answered any questions. Very personable to work with. Had to call on him again for another issue and again was very quick with the courteous with his service.
