I am rejecting this response because:According to the manufacturer, they installed the wrong thing and leaking started soon thereafter. A Better Business would own that. My complaint stands.

Mr. [redacted] purchased a roof maintenance package through [redacted]. We were unable to keep the initially scheduled appointment and called to reschedule. Mr. [redacted] had already posted a negative review on [redacted] and was unwilling to reschedule the appointment until he was contacted...
by our owner and offered a discount. Our technician was 8 minutes late for the second appointment and Mr. [redacted] had already updated his review on [redacted] and filed this complaint. When the technician arrived, Mr. [redacted] refused to allow him to perform the service and has since filed a refund request through [redacted].
