We have received this request for service, and apologize for any confusion. As we were not the original contracting office (and the owner of the franchise has retired), we didn't have an accurate record of the project, but have since gathered enough information to verify this project. When the...

customer spoke to the franchisee who took over the service area, Mike did say he would try to assist the customer with the repairs. As he was not the original contractor, it is true that his franchise is not ultimately responsible for these repairs, but as a measure of good faith, does want to help, as does the corporate office. As a normal part of the warranty and service process, Deckmasters regularly requests photographs of the affected areas. It doesn't appear that anyone involved thus far has done this, so I will be reaching out to Mr. [redacted] and getting this process underway correctly. We expect to be able to resolve this outstanding issue in the coming weeks and will work directly with Mr. [redacted] to do so.
