Multiple attempts were made to contact the customers original eye doctor to check the RX before ordering the lenses. When we received the same info we contacted the customer who instructed us to "order the lenses as written and he was ok with it" we told the customer at that time we wanted to make...

sure because the contacts are non returnable. He said he understood and the order was placed. The customer then contacted his doctor office and received corrected info from them. I am unsure why they would not respond to us with the correct info after multiple calls. I feel this is not our office's fault, however I will refund the customer the $16 he is upset about, even though our office has to eat the cost of the box he is returning. In the future, we will put return info in writing prior to ordering lenses for outside prescriptions. We apologize that the customer is upset and we hope the refund will help his inconvenience.
